Terminator Genisys is the latest movie to come out in the three decade old franchise, adding some fresh blood to a franchise that has been desperately trying to remake itself for the new age. Fortunately, they got it right this time.

The movie manages to be entertaining from the very second it starts, and carries that momentum all the way to the end. Alan Taylor directed this installment and did a fantastic job. The action, the dialogue, and the visual efficacy makes it not just another film, but a thoroughly enjoyable addition to the canon.

Written by Patrick Lussier and Laeta Kalogridis, Terminator Genisys manages to take what could be a very complicated movie about time travel, alternate universes, and future/past possibilities, and... well, it's still complicated enough that audiences need to keep up and pay attention throughout the film. But the way that the time travel is covered makes this a complex but solid script that translates onto screen beautifully. Watch Terminator Genisys online and you'll find yourself marveling at the high definition action shots that keep coming from start to finish.

There's also some new faces for this movie, meant to be the first in a new trilogy for the series. Emilia Clarke makes her debut as - who else? - Sarah Connor. Jason Clarke is John Connor, the man who changed everything and gave humankind a chance at beating the machines once and for all. Jai Courtney is Kyle Reese, and J.K. Simmons is a pleasant and hilarious addition as Detective O'Brien, who witnessed the appearance of Kyle Reese in a department store and never forgot it(but everyone thinks he's just a crazy alcoholic).

Watch Terminator Genisys because it's flashy, the action never lets up, you enjoy beautiful people contemplating whether their fate is fixed or still able to be changed, or because you're a die hard fan of the franchise. Either way, the team behind this film have delivered an installment that is incredibly watchable and fun - for the parts that don't have you on the edge of your seat.

Matt Smith also makes a dynamic contribution as Skynet. In a world where everyone's connected to their phones and Internet and everything is connected to everything else, Genisys is about to blow up big time. Literally. No one knows except for Kyle and Sarah. Of course, Arnold is back in his most beloved role, this time as "Pops". and seeing him as the good guy again more is a delight.

Critics are raving about the new "Man of Steel" movie set for release this June. It is also the starting point for DC universe to come together and team up just like the guys over in Marvel did. So with all of the hype there are big expectations.

With all of those expectations, there are surprisingly 2 familiar things that will be missing from the movie. These are things that were in the other film, but have been omitted from the film. Are you curious to hear what they are?

The first thing is Kryptonite. Kryptonite is the shred of matter that was torn away from Superman's planet Krypton when it exploded. It's the one thing that can take Superman's powers away and make him vulnerable to attack. It appears the reason that Zach Snyder (the director) decided not to add this was to ground the character. By show that audience that Superman can be more vulnerable to attack, it makes him more relatable and it will keep us on the edge of our seats. Now this does not mean that we won't see it in the future, we just will not see it in this movie.

The 2nd thing or person that will not see is Lex Luthor. Lex has pretty much taken part in all of the Superman movies, except Superman 3. He is probably Superman's most known adversary, even though he has no powers. It does though he will be mentioned in the movie kind of how Norman Oscorp was talked about in "The Amazing Spiderman 2". It's been said in the movie the Lex is working on some new AI technology that would "revolutionize technology unlike anything Metropolis has ever seen." I guess that leaves things open for the next movie.

Even with these 2 things missing, I really don't think it will make a difference. I actually think it's a great departure from what we were used to seeing in the past. As you looked at the last 3 superman movies it became obvious that change was needed, and change is what we got.
